Boston is home to 75 colleges and universities. GEOS Boston has pathways to eight different academic programs for adult students of all ages. GEOS provides a recommendation to students who have completed an advanced level course in order to help them reach their goals.  Students can continue their education and earn an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or a professional certificate/diploma. 

GEOS Boston now works in conjunction with ‘Fulfilament Admissions Consulting’ who specialize in helping our students get into our Pathway Provider Colleges and Universities. Students need to submit essays in English, prepare a resume and pass their Interview to be accepted onto the Courses they want to study.

Newman Preparatory High School

Newman Prep is a private high school in Boston. Most students are local, but recently, they have been increasing their international student population. Many students from this school have gone to reputable schools such as Harvard University, Boston University, Boston College, etc.

 

Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC)

Bunker Hill Community College is a two-year college that offers associate’s degrees. It has excellent resources for counseling international students. They have their own pathways to four-year universities in Boston, and this is an excellent choice for students who are not yet ready for a large university environment, but who have a long-term goal of joining a university program. It is a public school, so it is inexpensive compared to other local schools.

 

Gibbs College

Gibbs is an 18-month career preparation college that offers an associate’s degree in many of the fields that are in demand in the Boston area, including accounting, medical assisting, and legal work. Students are placed in internships after graduation, and may be eligible to work in the U.S. after graduation.

 

Bay State College

Bay State College offers 2-year associate’s and 4-year bachelor’s programs to students in a small, caring school environment. After 2 years, students may choose to transfer from Bay State College to Suffolk University and other reputable university programs with a direct pathway program. They specialize in general studies, entertainment and fashion management.

 

Quincy College

Quincy College is a two-year college that offers an associate’s degree in many majors, such as Business, International Relations, Nursing, Education, etc. After graduating from Quincy College, counselors assist students to apply to a 4-year university or college.

 

Cambridge College

Cambridge Colleges offer master’s and certificate programs to students who have already graduated from their universities. The most popular program at Cambridge College is Master of Management. Many students interested in business management choose this college.

 

American International College

American International College offers both bachelor's and master's degree programs in a wide range of subjects to allow students to compete in global marketplace. The College was founded in 1885, and is located in Springfield, Massachusetts, which is 1.5 hours from Boston and 3 hours from New York City.

 

Pine Manor College

Pine Manor College is a four-year liberal arts college dedicated to preparing women for inclusive leadership and social responsibility in their workplaces, families and communities. Pine Manor College offers the Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree, the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, the Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree, and the Associate in Science (A.S.) degree.

 



Requirements for the pathways:

  • Completion of the advanced level course at GEOS Boston (Level 5, Level 6 or TOEFL preparation course)
  • High school diploma (except for Newman Prep)
  • Transcripts from previous schools
     

Our on-site college counselor, Zhanna, helps any student who is interested in any of these programs to join the schools, and is also available to help students research different options if necessary.
