Actually the class here is desire in good level to match the student skills. So, when I started the class, I felt I could definitely learn something from the class. My experience at GEOS has been wonderful. I have been here almost 8 months and during that time, everything was fantastic. My English improved a lot from the first day. And this is because GEOS Boston has terrific teachers. It doesn’t matter what level you are, you can talk with all of them, ask everything, and always get great answers. I recommend to new students to try to involve with them. About the staff, I give you an eleven out of ten. I give you eleven out of ten. They always take care of you. Any problem could be solved as much as they are so professional. You always will be fine. Just say that don’t forget to study by yourself after class. I you can combine your classes with study a little bit at home, your English will increase quiet fast. If you need the TOEFL like me, this is the best place to get a good score. Also don’t forget to try to join activities like coffee talk or excursions after class. This is the best way to practice your English. Improve it, and make new friends. Get involve in GEOS atmosphere as much as you can if your goal is to have good English knowledge.

I needed to improve my language skill in a country where English is an official language. During my GEOS education, I’ve lived in the culture and meanwhile I can learn the language as well. Activities are the good way to learn language and culture. I like Coffee Talk as well, maybe I’d prefer to make it twice in a week.Teachers are the best part of GEOS. No elaboration is required. As far as language schools go, GEOS can be recommendable for others. Spending three weeks in level 6 was the best experience since I wanted to be part of this class. I enjoyed being in Level 6.

Geos Boston classes are ok, thanks to the teachers (Megan, Greg and Alexi). I think that I didn’t achieved my goals because I didn’t have enough time (2 months isn’t enough). But, I realized that I really improved my listening and my speaking. I think GEOS proposes some good activities like the Harvard tour and the Jeopardy game.
I love all my teachers - Greg, Megan and Alexi. They are so helpful and very attentive to our wishes. I was lucky to be in their class.
The day I played the Jeopardy game with Canan, Lisys, Burcin , Ladda and Zhanna was my favorite day at GEOS.

I took TOEFL classes for 8 weeks at GEOS Boston. The TOEFL classes are very well organized and I believe that these classes are extremely useful. They have improved my reading and listening skills that I need for the TOEFL test. The registration service at GEOS Boston is very fast. I applied for an I-20 form from Turkey and I received my documents for a visa after five days.

Boston is a very attractive and historical city and the location of GEOS Boston is very good. Transportation from my home to GEOS Boston is very easy and quick.

The best experiences I had at GEOS Boston were the ice-cream parties in TOEFL classes. Mark brings us ice-cream frequently and it helps us to focus in class. I think activities like visiting the State House and coffee talk are very good at bringing people together when they don’t know each other. All of the teachers are always happy to meet students, to teach them, to help them, and to give them their time to talk. I can see that they all enjoy being a teacher at GEOS. Because I use my car to commute, the location is not good for me. But for someone who uses public transportation to get to school, it is convenient. If a friend of mine were to come to the US for the first time to learn English, I’d recommend other schools that have many students from many countries. However, if my friend were looking for an advanced English class, I’d recommend GEOS Boston, because of the small classes and opportunities to have good teachers. Every teacher I’ve met since I started with GEOS was wonderful.
